💵 What currency are payments processed in?

All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars (USD).


🔐 Who handles my payment information?

We do not store or process your payment details directly.

All transactions are securely handled by our third-party provider, Stripe, a globally trusted and PCI-compliant payment platform known for its reliability and security.


Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel at any time.

How to cancel your subscription:

  1. Click your name on the bottom of the sidebar.

  2. Go to Settings > Billing > Manage Billing.

  3. This will open the Stripe billing portal. From there, click 'Cancel Subscription.'

After cancelling, you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle.


⚠️ What happens if I file a payment dispute?

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card provider:

  • Your account will be automatically terminated.

  • You’ll lose access to your account and any remaining subscription benefits.

We recommend contacting us first if you’re facing billing issues — we’re happy to help.


⏳ What if my payment fails and I cancel after the billing date?

If your payment fails and you cancel after your billing date, the charge has likely been moved into revenue recovery by Stripe. At that point:

  • You won’t be able to retroactively cancel the charge through your billing portal.

  • Stripe will continue attempting to collect the payment, even if you’ve canceled.

  • Your benefits will remain unavailable until the payment is completed.
