💵 What currency are payments processed in?

All transactions on TwainGPT are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD), regardless of your location.

🔐 Who handles my payment information?

We do not store or process your payment details directly.
All transactions are securely handled by our third-party provider, Stripe — a globally trusted and PCI-compliant payment platform used by millions of businesses.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel at any time.

To cancel your subscription:

  • Go to Dashboard > Manage Billing – this opens the Stripe billing portal where you can click “Cancel Subscription.”

  • Or go to Settings > Billing > Manage Billing for the same option.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

🧾 Do you offer refunds?

No. All sales are final.

We do not issue refunds under any circumstance, so please ensure you're ready to commit before checking out.

Disputes & Account Termination

⚠️ What happens if I file a payment dispute?

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider:

  • Your TwainGPT account will be automatically and permanently terminated.

  • You will lose access to all features, content, and any remaining subscription benefits.

  • Reactivation will not be possible under any circumstances.

We recommend contacting us first if you’re facing billing issues — we’re happy to help.

Revenue Recovery Policy

What if I cancel after the billing date?

If you cancel after your renewal or billing date:

  • Your payment may be moved into revenue recovery by Stripe.

  • You won’t be able to cancel retroactively through the dashboard.

  • Instead, contact us directly on our live chat.

We’ll do our best to work with you — just reach out.
