💳 Are Refunds Offered?
No — all purchases made on TwainGPT are final and non-refundable. This applies to:
Subscriptions (monthly, yearly, or otherwise)
Partial usage or unused time
Dissatisfaction with features or results
Forgetting to cancel before renewal
We recommend reviewing your plan before making a purchase. Once a transaction is processed, the system will not let us refund it.
🔁 Need to Cancel?
You’re free to cancel your subscription anytime.
To cancel:
Go to Dashboard > Manage Billing (or)
Navigate to Settings > Billing and click Manage Billing
After canceling, your access will continue until your current billing period ends.
🚫 What If You File a Dispute or Chargeback?
Submitting a chargeback with your bank or payment provider will result in permanent and automatic termination of your TwainGPT account.
This means:
You’ll lose all access to the platform
Any saved work or subscription time will be forfeited
Your account will not be eligible for reactivation
If you’re facing issues or were charged unexpectedly, contact us first — we’re always willing to work things out directly.
🧾 Billing Mistakes or Cancellations After Payment?
If you cancel after your renewal date, the payment may go into Stripe’s revenue recovery process. In this case:
Cancellation won’t work through your dashboard
You’ll need to contact us to discuss the issue
🔄 Subscription Consent & Recurring Charges
When you sign up for a plan with TwainGPT, you’re subscribing to an ongoing service that bills on a recurring monthly basis (or yearly, depending on your selected plan).
Before confirming your subscription on the billing page, you agree to the following:
“By confirming your subscription, you allow TwainGPT to charge you for future payments in accordance with their terms. You can always cancel your subscription.”
This means:
You authorize automatic charges to your selected payment method at the start of each new billing period.
Charges will continue unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You’re responsible for managing your subscription and understanding that this is not a one-time payment.
