Unfortunately, we generally do not offer refunds.
We recommend carefully reviewing your plan before making a purchase, as we generally do not issue refunds once a transaction has been processed.
🔁 Need to Cancel?
You can cancel your subscription anytime.
To Cancel Your Subscription:
Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
Go to Settings > Billing > Manage Billing.
This will open the Stripe billing portal. From there, click Cancel Subscription.
Note: On mobile or smaller devices, you may need to open the sidebar first.
🔄 Subscription Consent & Recurring Charges
When you sign up for a plan with TwainGPT, you’re subscribing to a recurring service that bills on a recurring monthly basis (or yearly, depending on your selected plan).
By subscribing, you agree to the following:
“By subscribing, you authorize TwainGPT to charge you according to the terms until you cancel.”
This means:
You authorize automatic charges to your selected payment method at the start of each new billing period.
Charges will continue unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You’re responsible for managing your subscription and understanding that this is not a one-time payment.
