💳 Are Refunds Offered?
We generally do not offer refunds.
However, we may make exceptions in certain cases. You can submit a refund request through the messenger, and our team will review it.
⚙️ Need to Cancel?
You can cancel your subscription anytime.
To Cancel Your Subscription:
Click your profile picture in the top-right corner.
Go to Settings > Billing > Manage Billing.
This will open the Stripe billing portal. From there, click Cancel Subscription.
Note: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
🔄 Subscription Consent & Recurring Charges
When you subscribe to a plan on TwainGPT, you agree to the following:
“By subscribing, you authorize TwainGPT to charge you according to the terms until you cancel.”
This means:
You authorize automatic charges to your selected payment method at the start of each billing period.
Billing occurs on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on your selected plan.
Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
